  • Sorry, I took so long to answer. This got lost in my emails! There are two camps of thought about cacao vs. carob. I am from the school that believes it is not good because of the theobromine is a stimulate and can cause health issues. The darker the more it contains. It does have some anti-oxidants but so does other food. Carob on the other hand is great for digestion. It contains no caffeine and is high in fiber. It also contains a number of nutrients, including vitamins A, B, B2, B3, and D.

  • is there a reason why u didn't use cacao powder? is it bad?
