Thanks - the tone is all from the amp and the bridge pickup, and the tone control on the guitar rolled right back. At 1.02 you'll see me roll the tone up for the 'solo' section. No other effects

he does hammer-ons and pull-offs with his left hand, and uses the right one to create artificial harmonics ;)
