you cant dodge. He went for body blow. The second 1 he went for takedown. UFC undisputed 2010 will allow you to duck and revserse. The only think you can dodge with is step backs.

can anyone tell me how to keep the mount while striking and not letting them flip me? people do it to me online all the time. its obvious that they are holding a dirrection so i cant flip them, but when i try it they are able to flip me before or after strikes, it seems that the people that beat me never give a second for me to do a transition, maybe they hold away while striking at the same time? any help

That however is not the whole story. A wrestling fighter can brute force out of it. So the idea is:

1- get the mount and try to do it on a tired oponent.

2- Rest yourself, and keep your stamina up. Don't care if he punches you he won't hurt anyone.

3- Punch hard and not fast. One at a time. After each punch counter.

4- If the enemy is guarding the face and not doing anything imidiatly strike the body. If you wait he gets his staminia up and will get off.

Thank you it seems to work very well now, I realize i can only let off the analog for a fraction of a second and hold it asap to reject the transition, and wrestlers are the best at this by far, now my new stratigy is to get the others in this position before they get me. Thx

When i hold left or right when a wrestler has me in a clintch it sometimes stops them but not always, any tips? im thinking i just gotta press the dirrection they do

Clinch is generaly used by wrestlers, judo or muay thai users.

For judokas try the reverse, its not that hard and will get you in side control.

Against wrestlers its pretty hard unless your a judoka. Brute strength is hard to reverse. Try to have high staminia.

The muay thai clinch is the worst you can be in. Try to counter knees, whips(analog) and guard the face while moving back.

He will either get countered or tire himself. If he is tired go for a takedown and submit. 80%chance you win.

only do the punches closest to the R thumbstick. do a hammer fist very quickly and as soon as you hit the button, jam the R thumbstick to the left to block the transition if its there. repeat till ko or till their stamina runs out so you can submit them. this is very frustrating to online opponents so they might quit when you win lol. but this dominate against CPU

Its not that bad but yeah. I play oponentsreally high lvl and go for a big knockout only to be bashed with the lost connection screen.

Well can't speak for that today. Fough a mutch higher lvl oponent and won by submission (Mos quiters run after sbmissions). He did not quit and i got 5 medals and little over 3 lvls.

Likewise when the oponent has the mount block your face and get that staminia up. If he starts to strike the body do a quick transition and that may get him off guard. After getting off mount just rest before you do anything.

From there either transion or do a sweet reverse.

Anyone else have problems with this flick stick stuff. Mainly have issues when I do the 'spinning back kick' and the flick circular movements on the ground. Hopefully practice mode has ground practice.

Also any tips on doing your fake flick -> + right punch fake into right body hook. I can't seem to this. Maybe may fingers are to slow and lack the dexterity :(.

well its not that hard. when you hit the flick stick you press the kick button and he will do the spinning back kicks or the push kickk either way their a big help to me. idk how to do fake flick -> + right punch into right body hook i think when you flick you press the block button real fast and press the punch button and it will work im not too sure cause i haven't tried it but i can do the right punch fake into body hook without flick. it actually helped me knock out the ice man on expert.
