Kingdom Hearts- Sora Unlocks his Heart

Sora bashers always ask me why I like Sora and this scene is one of the major reasons why. Seriously, no hesitation at all, he unlocks his heart to save his friend. He doesn't know if he'll survive or what will happen to him and yet he only smiles as he knows what he must do.

Question: After playing the Birth By Sleep, There was a part were Ventus stayed inside Sora's heart up to this point which I'm wondering. Was he released too? Or was it that he stayed in the memories of Sora or was he lost?

If someone can clear this up, I'd appreciate it.

@Draxain No because the princess's hearts were contained in that keyblade sora used. Kairi's heart was inside Sora with his heart. That's why Namine and Roxas were created. Sora unlocked the darkness in his heart and Kairi's heart was along for the ride.

Someone should just take all the cut scenes and make one big KH1 movie with them, kinda like with this one. Then go on and make KH2 (there's plenty for that one).

IF Sora had his heart, Kairi's heart, and Ven's heart in him when this happened, then that means Ven's heart was also released. Did his heart go on to Roxas, because that would explain why he seemed to have a heart and made others felt like they had hearts.

Well it might have been because Sora and Ven actually merged their hearts while with Kairi's he was just holding onto it. Plus in BBS they say both Ven and Sora completed each others hearts somehow so basically Ven's heart was his own heart and not a seperate one.

i got to this part in the game and i cried for three reasons

1. This is extremely sad.

2. I had stayed up for 24 hours to get to this point.

3. I didn't think he would come back. Remeber Aerith?

Man, back then, things were so much simpler. No mysteries concerning Xehanort or the Keyblade War. Just a beautiful story with themes of friendship, sacrifice, and love.

omg... so sad. i cried playing this the first time and watching it. i was sobbing for 10 minutes, so much i couldnt see what happened after the scene.

the melody is such a good version of hikari by utada hikaru. its slow and sad and solemn and beautiful, all at the same time. loved this scene, really one of my favorites, if not my favorite scene in the whole game.

Lonewolf123 is right, not FallenAsh. When he stabbed himself, and made himsalef a heartless Roxas and Namine was born, Kairi just had NO evil in her heart, which is why she didn't turn to a heartles, which is why Namine is different.
