The sexualization of females in video games usually involves giving said character very pronounced legs. this is accomplished either by lengthening and/or stripping of clothing (i.e. Cammy/ Chun-Li). It could be argued that either this focus on the female's legs leads to their sterotypical agility, or that the developers decided ahead of time they wanted a fast female character and decided to give he long legs to justify her quickness.
