(That would refer to G.V.W.R. or the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating which is the maximum the chassis can carry) Granted this varies by State & County such as in California, however here in Mass. the Curb weight over the scale is the payout your take is based on., there is very little difference if you pull the rad, gas tanks, drain fluids, remove battery, seats, carpet, & so forth.
