@cobra60six I don't think it was "free energy" he was offering. It was stated as wireless transmission of power. JP was the one that said it would be free since he couldn't fix a meter on that. 1 could theoretically collect solar power from the moon and beam the energy down as focused microwave energy to collection centers in the dessert. That's wireless transmission of power with one difference, no one but the power company can access it. Tesla had a good idea but it needed a little tweaking.

It would be simple to only be able to receive power if one had already paid a subscription to a service. All that would be needed is a means to vary the resonant frequency and encode that information within the transmission.

The side effects are ether driven. Ether pushed back and forth can cause high voltage can covers to vibrate. HV pulsed on one direction with 1/4 tuning should actually push things away. Why not. Any ether light is dim and needs a darkened room to view.

Tesla worked with much much lower frequencies than radar jamming boats. Radar also carries much more power and is directed as a more narrow beam. Very different than what a tesla coil gives off. You really can't compare the two.

Yes, you see, some molecules like H2O are polar, which means the orient themselves after an electric field. This is how microwaves heat food (mainly).

Electric fields and such will increase or lessen the fields by which things like enzyme processes depend, or the transportation of molecules in the body.

Charged molecule may stick or loosen easier from whatever they are in contact with and so on.
