Mandler I got a question for ya bro. I'm a vegetarian and have been one for every day of my 21 years on this plannet, and I'm most definitely not looking to change it. I eat eggs and dairy, I'm not a vegan. I own chickens and eat about a dozen eggs a day, but Im starting to get burnt out after 3 years of eggs and spinach. By any chance do you got any veg tips for swoldiers in my circumstance? Thanks in advance brother.
@Russaldo13 Well, fish is always an option, and an extremely healthy one at that, but if not then think about utilizing complete proteins. Black beans & Rice, Peanut Butter and Whole Wheat Bread, Milk and oats....These are all viable solutions and offer a complete amino acid profile as well as being very high fiber....

I feel like you should be able to take in way more carbs than you do (based on what you ate today). With the way you train I feel like the carbs wouldn't hinder you a bit. Loved the video though Mandler, keep them coming.
Great video! That is definitely a MAN frig (minus the alcohol IMHO, that stuff just ruins lives and wrecks families). I have a hard time eating that much that many times, so I do the Warrior Diet (mentioned in Lean Hybrid Muscle). It works well for me, but its not for everybody. Thanks for info!
