lol it took me four time to pass my driver test. the first time i didnt look over my shoulder before changing lanes, second time i did a california roll, third time i tried to make a yellow light which she claims was red already. fourth time was my driver instructor had like one hand and he felt sorry for me and let me pass

Its called California rolling stop. Its when you don't come to a complete stop at a stop sign .  And yes you can get a citation for that. 4 hours next time get an appointment that would get you in front of the line.
