You can make characters, stages (the places where you play), add custom music, custom motifs (For example, you probably have a MvC screenpack) and so on. You can go to Elecbyte.com to get the latest version of Mugen (HD). Im telling you cause i don't want you to look like an ignorant in front of youtube (like that was such an important thing, w.e.) :)

@snoopie0420 No, using features from MvC doesn't mean it's a moded MvC. This is just an engine called MUGEN. When you download it, it comes with a default (and ugly) motif, single character (KFM) and a single stage. You can go to places like Mugenation to get characters, stages and motifs from any game you want (unless they haven't been made yet). Homer Simpson, Peter, Krusty, Kang, Leela and the Incredibles (among many others) were all made by the same person (Warner12).
