I will never forgive the media for virtually ignoring the death of Farrah Fawcett.

For a good Farrah Fawcett day, watch "Murder On Flight 502," and some episodes of 1st season "Charlies' Angels." She also made an appearance in 1st season "The Partridge Family" 'The Sound of Money.'

This commercial aired for the first time in July 1973 and Penny Marshall went on to play Laverne Defazio on Laverne and Shirley in 1974

This commercial had the makings of a sitcom...another lost idea, Penny and Farrah were great together.

A little trivia: while waiting to shoot this commercial, Farrah noticed that Penny's stand-in wore a sign that read "Homely Girl", while her own stand-in placard read "Pretty Girl". Farrah, thinking that this would hurt Penny´s feelings, crossed out the word "Homely" and wrote "Plain". Sweet girl, that Farrah! :)

Of the two, Penny was more established as an actress here -- am pretty sure this was during or after her gig as Myrna on "Odd Couple."

Didn't take long for Farrah to turn heads, though.
