Wow, where did you get all these wonderful cartoons! The only one I recall is Grandizer and Star Vengers(have not seen the other segments you have). They use to come on a channel known as Spotlight, the same time HBO came out, here in the southwest USA. I ordered the whole set of Grandizer, but the quality sucked so I sent it back and was able to get a refund. I always wished I could watch it all again. Thank for the memories, but do you know where to order these?
The original transformers was based on Japenses toys, but was drawn and produced by AMERICAINS! So technicly, he CAN'T put it in due to the fact that it's japenesse only.
Astroboy an offshoot of what was a Tomino Project... That's got to get some props... Also the Inspiratation for Rockman (Megaman)... The appearance of Rock himself really draws inspiration from Astro.
It wasn't just one guy, but people like Ichiro Mizuki, Isao Sasaki, and Masato Shimon sang a lot of themes for these types of shows. For this particular set, Sasaki did Ginguizer, Grandizer and Gaiking, while Mizuki did Daitetsujin 17.
Also, Luvuken, the animation in 17's eyes doesn't really make him an animated robot. That's simply what passed for animation effects back then. -_-;
In Middle East & Europe, UFO Robo Grendizer is #1 and the King of All Super Robots.

I LOVE ASTROBOY!!! I didn't know the theme song is the same in the Japanese version as it is in the English version.
I also noticed that most of these are Toei Animation. Didn't Toei screwed American kids over with a lot of their great cartoons?

The idea of Xmen Gambit probably came from Ginguizer throwing cards lol. Incredible!
Grandizer looks like the grimreaper on crack! Incredible!

WHAT???
Astroboy was all Tezuka! Also, Astroboy was a legitimately good series by itself. Seriously.

Gotta love that funky bass line in the newer Astroboy theme. The 70s, man, the 70s.

Is it just me, or was it the same Japanese guy who sang the opening theme for all these 1960s-70s animes?
