i feel like i'm holding myself back at the moment :( I have put on quite a bit of weight over this year as I have been concentrating on my studies, I'm needing to upgrade in clothes sizes, i feel uncomfortable and embarrassed everyday. The worst part is i'm so miserable about it i cant seem to find the motivation to do anything (or feel as though i have enough time)
do you have any recommendations of when i should be doing exercises to fit into my study schedule, and how to get motivated?
i am a marathon runner and i workout twice a day.but 2 yrs ago i was a skinny fat guy and hated it. i had asthma n ended up at the hospital if i went overboard playing with my friends. i ran every mornin coz i was ashamed until i lost the fat. and decided to make running a part of my life coz it helped me get rid of that horrible disease that held me back all my life.

can you please do a thigh and butt workout? I am 17, 5'1 and 105lbs roughly, i am small but very out of shape to the point where i feel embarased to wear booty shorts because my thighs are so loose. Please make the workout something i can do in my room with my own body weight. Please and thank you :)
Um, "there is nothing wrong with being out of shape." I'm not being shallow in my reply. My focus is not on the appearance of the individual but rather the individuals HEALTH. Being out of shape puts a person in danger of having chronic respiratory conditions, heart conditions, strokes, etc. There is something wrong because it will make something wrong happen to the body. Sure if you are over-weight and confident, there is nothing wrong with that, but being healthy is safer. :)
P.S. No one has ever pushed me to get in shape!! I even feel guilty when I try and eat right and exercise because my parents are in bad shape and are over weight. But I've decided to take charge and do what's best for me. I want to live a long healthy life. Thank you so much for these videos! <3
My youtube channel is dedicated for my before and after weight loss. I film my body to show any improvements. And differences in my body is all because of you!! =)
I was wondering that as well. I know that coffee is good for the brain in small doses as a stimulant...don't know what it does for metabolism? Watching your site every day it's kind of like a subliminal message to drink coffee.....really! I have been drinking a pre workout cup with you......because you r my inspiration at the moment....

What I love about Zuzana's workout videos is that she does them all herself. No B.S. one rep to show us what to do but all the reps and the whole workout. She is no bullshit when she does her vids. Great job Zuzana.
