i've never claimed to be in law enforcement, not sure what you are refeering to in a neighborhood that does good to have 3 arrest made in one month, this arrest of the 3 was very unusual, in my 4 years here it's a first, which is what made it worthy of my attention. people like me(photojournalist) do this everday world wide without incident, i think i'll be ok. i do have every right to film anyone.
