This is bullshit. I counted and you get 6 swings on your rope, I only get 4 which makes this pretty impossible.

Not really. You just need to figure out what to do. This is pretty much the only foolproof method.

The mission afterwards of getting across the map to attack that one enemy worm is honestly harder, and that's still piss easy.
