  • you guys should do a "mama's little yella pilsner" review..also made from oskar blues brewery

  • @mattyblues101 Someone would have to send it to us because Oskar Blues isn't available in Ohio as far as I know. We got this one on an out of town trip.

  • @AgileHProductions my local beer house carries it,but lately they have not had it in stock..as soon as they do i will send you guys some so you can do a review.

  • @mattyblues101 That would be sweet! If it's as good as Dale's Pale Ale, then I'm eager to try it.

  • @AgileHProductions its different then dale's not hoppy very refreshing beer with a unique flavor ..i personally like mama's little pils more then dales..both are excellent..you will see..i will let you know when i get some so you can tell me where to ship it..cheers

  • i get some serious "bubblegum" notes from dale's pale ale..def for hopheads

  • This shit is horrible, I feel like i'm drinking liquid sand.

  • you sound exactly like Stephan Bonnar

  • @jkininji If only I was that tough.

  • @jkininji can you guys tell me when there ten fidy comes out.

  • Is Fosters Extra Special Bitter the same as Fosters Premium Ale? I think the just changed the name?!

  • @thebigphilshow They are different. They discontinued Foster's ESB.

  • I've never had Dale's because they don't sell it around here. My favorite beer in a can is Harpoon IPA. They just started selling it in cans and I like it better than when I've had it out the bottle. Maybe it's just because it's more fun to drink but I've been able to convince myself that the can makes it taste better.

  • @52tlove If you go out of state, then you should look for it. It's good.

  • 2:50 drunkard bumped the can lol. Anywho definitely gonna try out this beer.

  • James your show its become better and better

  • @emiliano17ar Thanks for the nice compliment.

  • Contrary to popular belief, no chemical compounds found in additive free beer are reactive with aluminum. However several cleaners and chemicals used in commercial breweries are. In other words if you do it right cans are actually better for non-bottle conditioned beers for stability. Sun King Sunshine Cream Ale from is the only canned craft brew I've had and it was amazing (only available in Indianapolis though). And Joby, welcome to the dark side. We've been waiting for you.

  • Definitely a world class pale ale although it's pretty much an IPA if you go by IBUs and ABV.

  • I have loved this beer for years. I agree, it is almost more like an IPA in flavor and mouthfeel. It is so well made and nicely balanced. It's awesome that Joby is coming around to hops. That will happen if you try them enough! Nice. Have you guys had Surly Furious? I forget if you have reviewed it. You will like that one too, a wonderful hoppy beer in a 16 oz can. There is a website craftcans (dot) com that lists many other good canned beers.

  • I had the chance to visit the brewery when I was in Colorado back in November. Just seeing pallets and pallets of cans stacked 25ft high it just awesome...Oskar Blues is probably one of my favorite brewerys right now. Even had the chance to try some of their barrel aged stuff that is never seen anywhere else

  • Yeah this is a fantastic beer! Fresh this stuff cant be beat and quite honestly I think it might be a bit better then SN Pale Ale

  • hands-down the best pale ale in America, probably the world even.

    hey another BeerTuber!

Sometimes I'm tempted to make the 14-hour drive out there to hang with you guys and be on your show ;)

If you think this beer is good they also make a 10% RIS in a can too!

  • @ChadzBeerReviews We would love having you on the show. It would be a blast. Local Columbus Beers. Free place to sleep. We even have an airport!

  • Kitty!!!!

  • @lastdayinsin3 The elusive kitty sightings should always be celebrated! We tape around the cat's dinner time, so she always wants to hang out on the set until we feed her.

  • craft in a can is way to go!! You guys need to try their Imperial Russian Stout (Ten Fidy).. also in a can!

a few local breweries here in Arizona also have canning lines.. I personally love craft in a can! If you guys are interested in trying some AZ beers, let me know

    cheers!

  • @ilovefastcars89 We'd love it if you sent us beer. We've had several people offer to send us beer, but so far we are still thirsty. We need a six pack to shoot an episode so that everyone can try it. We'll definitely give you shoutouts and credits in the video if you send it. Cheers!

  • Good review James! I like the way your going with the interviews. Very informative and interesting. When I feel like I've come away with something I know it's a good review. Panel's comments excellent. Looking forward to the interview. A+

  • @257milo Thanks for the kind words. I think we have several solid episodes coming up in the next couple of weeks. Our Westmalle Tripel show is particularly cool because we have the brewers from Rivertown Brewing Company help us out.

  • Wow, James, you always find a way to make me unbelievably thirsty!

  • @tubularjay How do you think I feel? I have to do several hours of prep for each show and by the time I get to the shoot I'm thirstier than a fish in the desert.

  • @AgileHProductions hhahaha horrible!

  • The world's shortest poem about getting hammered on hoppy beer:

    Adam had'em,

    Dale's Pale Ale

  • @khunopie I may have to repost this with the video on our website. Cool poem.

  • @AgileHProductions Glad you liked it. I'll try it at a poetry slam some time

  • This was originally called an IPA but they changed the name cuz it sounds better for the name

  • @ilovefastcars89 They make another beer called Deviant Dale's IPA. Maybe that's what you are referring to.

  • Thanks for having me! I had a lot of fun, and I have been craving some Dale's Pale Ale ever since we shot this!

    -Max

  • @ERRATICTV Thanks for coming. Look forward to seeing the behind-the-scenes footage that you shot. Post it as a video response to this video when you post it. Cheers!
