@anglingchris 50 or 65 lb. power pro with a 30-50 lb flouro leader. Its the only way to go.

Thanks much! I'm getting a curado 300e tomorrow and I think I'm going to put 50 lb braid on it with a 15 lb leader for the bay and use a 30-40 lb leader for the kelp. What line would you guy suggest for the daiwa coastal if it's going to be used with a 7'6" clarus for mainly spotty fishing with some kelp fishing? Thanks!

@Obmx4lifeO 50 lb power pro will do the trick. If you are fishing the harbor more than the kelp, 40 lb should be fine.
