I really liked this piece and it was really well filmed. Especially the distorted voice at the end and I'm curious as to whether that is an actual person who went through what this video shows.
It was inspired by teenage violence and suicide but the final product is not about that. It's about something much bigger, like @PhillipLWilcher said it's about anyone who has experienced violence for what they believed in.

The fact that there is no resolution at the end makes the film even more power. We have to choose as unwilling bystanders to stop the bullying. Otherwise, we are just as bad as the bullies. Good work!
Very simple and efficient. I was surprised by the use of both green and red in front of the miror. It creates a nice tension but the green brings so much shadow that it's a little hard to read the actor's face. Although that might just be Youtube. I liked the score and also the fact that it wasn't overplayed, just right. Thanks for making this film.
i have mixed feelings about this film. it seems the victim's recolloection of his recent final moments with his date gave his strength, a reason to continue, despite the bullying and beating he took. i dont know - i would like to see an alternate ending - one where the thugs are shot dead by another potential victim, possibly. in this short film (which is good, dont get me wrong), i see no resolution, no finality. the thugs will just continue thugging.
@jas22 Your comment is valid. However, life does not always work out in a neat little package. The lack of a finality in this film is a caution for us that we need to take action to prevent bullying. By sitting on the fence, we allow bullying to happen.
