The women of Harem were ALL slaves who would be put to death if they were caught trying to satisfy themselves. Wives were kept in seperate quarters. Women in Islam are property, husbands are INSTRUCTED in the Quran to beat them if they do not properly appease thier husbands, and they have half the rights of men.

All this energy and resources wasted on unproven, highly improbable middle age texts. It is truly a pity. Think of the developments the countries in the middle east could make, if the didn't spend their time and money on these things. They could work on improving their infrastructure, economies, dismantling tribes to create more unified countries, equality between sexes, human rights. Its sad to think of the standard of living they may have been enjoying right now had they abandoned their faith.

As the so claimed civilized and most modern nations today on earth they do simply repeat their dark histories and not to contemplate of what had saved them. mindful! darkness may return to them again. Iraq, afghanistan, Phalestines are their small examples for Muslims today . They plan as God also plans and He is the best planner. For muslims we need do our part though it is as small as say to each other salam & daawah.
I do agree with aznluvr here, your comment seems to be a bit one sided, I dont think anyone has the right to call christianity or judaism (or islam!) 'sick and disgusting; none of us can be so easily stereotyped as 'not contemplating what's saved us'. We are not all the same.
