@SudiArabia I/O is when a LEO intentionally turns his radar unit on then off (standby mode) every time he wants to get the speed of a vehicle. This makes it harder for radar detectors because the detector won't detect a signal while the LEO's radar unit is in Standby mode. So a radar detector user won't receive an alert until the officer targets a vehicle in front of the detector user or the detector user's vehicle.
arent V1s notorious for being weak with 35.5? it seems to be good
