XP while i was reading chain of memories and i found out what happened. Supposedly the Riku clone had a heart and Sora's messed up memories, Namine destroyed his heart and turned him back into a puppet when she sceamed at Replica Riku not to fight Sora.

I don't really think you get it. The Riku that's fighting Sora (the black one) is a Replica. The Sora that fights Riku on that dark floating island thingy is Zexion, creating an illusion for Riku, so he thinks Sora hates him. Those two do NOT hate each other, thank you very much.
