Just bought new knives this week. Having xmas at my apartment this year. They seem very slicey. They are Chicago Cultery Insignia 2. Cheap but not too cheap. I got some bamboo cutting boards too.

@KiddsockTV I always hand wash and hand dry my Cutco knives. They never lie in a sink or in a drying rack. I might name each one.
