I use to think I didn't need protein. I hair broke over the summer. Lost 8 inches of hair. My hair could have been bra strap length. Now I say yes to protein. I use Aphogee, I was against it. Now I saw thank you Aphogee, cut down on my breakage. Do what is good for you.
