No, think about it, there was no year zero. They started the count with year one, so the first decade went from year one to year 10. The second decade went from 11 to 20... So technically it would be from 2001 to 2010. I know everyone considers a decade goes from a "0" to a "9" it's the common acceptation of the term. But it is technically incorrect. You can call me a "stupid ass cunt" or whatever as much as you want... it doesn't change the facts.
