1)rub tip of your tongue firmly against the back/top of your bottom front teeth

2)you'll begin to feel some pressure build under your tongue, and that's when you flip your tongue up. There u go..if u did it right, u can even set your tongue back down once you "ran out" of your gleak, flip up again and boom, you back2back gleaked. I quadruple gleak hah

You actually don't need to chew gum, or eat sour candy. I can gleek on command whenever I want. & a lot comes out & it goes pretty far. Also yawning helps too, if you want to gleek farther but you don't have any gum or candy. Gleeking is not hard at all. You just push your tongue forward & bend it by putting your tongue to the little hollow like spot behind your front teeth. But you start from the center of the top of your mouth & push forward. & don't fling your tongue out of your mouth either.

When you go to gleak try holding it in and not gleaking then stopping. Usually people flick and immediately close their lips. Try keeping your mouth open.
