happiest days of our lives is the begging, the whole " we grew up and went to school there were certain teachers who would hurt the children anyway they could" part. the entire "the wall" album is one big song, you can hear the same riff in almost all the songs.

When someone says Another Brick in the Wall, they're usually talking about part II. "The Happiest Days of Our Lives" is the song leading up to and into Pt. 2. It blends into it in a similar fashion to Sgt. Pepper's/Help From My Friends or The Waiting/St. Jimmy by Green Day. It is, however, a separate song, although usually played on the radio with Pt. 2.
