  • what the hell happened to this band? their new stuff is absolutely shit, sounds like snow patrol or some crappy radio 1 band for hipster faggots. please tell me im not the only one that has realised that

  • @SirMachinae Not you're the only one, I feel the same. I think they used too much electronic shit on their latest album altough their other works are fuckin amazing!

  • Awesome.

  • Is that Feedle on bass?

  • @remasterxx No actually it's Iain Armstrong.

  • astounding.

  • this is the type of song i can listen to 15 times in a row and not get sick of it.

  • @peaceandlove45876 Then why not listen to it 16 times?

  • omg!! this is wauw! fantastic!

  • this song is in 4/care

  • amazing

  • Really awesome.

  • More than That.

  • mindblowin

  • can't wait to see them again live :)

  • whys it called Thrash Waltz?

  • i think waltz is the kind of beat that the song starts with

  • start of the song is in 3/4, also known for being the time signature used for your average waltz

  • actually i lie, the whole song is in 3/4...

  • again, 6/8.

  • 6/8 sounds the same as 3/4, unless you get into classical theory and musical phrasing comes into play. either way, it doesnt really matter, its an awesome song :D

  • @NijiSarr

3/4 has accents on the first, second and third beats, while 6/8 has the accent on the first and fouth beat.

    3/4 = ONE, TWO, THREE

6/8 = ONE, two, three, FOUR, five, six

6/8 has the same "feel" as 2/4 triplets lol ^_^.

This song is in 3/4. You can tell, because when you tap out the crotchet beat, you're tapping in 3/4. If it was 6/8, you'd tap out 2/4, and only 6/8 when you tap in quavers.

Theory aside, this is verily a fantastic piece lol.

  • no, this song is in 6/8. Which is not typical of a waltz!

  • Actually, you can get it if you search deeply enough. This song was included on Stumble.Stop.Repeat EP.

  • I love them! 2 days to see them live again! :D

  • This is what music should aspire to be.

  • Fail!
