try speeding up your pace a little, like run around or up your sensitivity by 1 or 2. I am a personal fan of the Scar-H, what I've done was learn to aim down the iron sights, Bling then allows you to equip to more useful attachments such as a grenade launcher or FMJ. I second soda123sims. For practice in accuracy, play through veteran in campaign, keep moving when you shoot (down the sights!) and crouch behind cover (4:45 - 4:50) try some of that, see how ya do! =)
