You can take off the cover though, which you can see that he did, its Epiphone, Gibson has thicker binding at the cut out.

1st of all that guitar is no way a goldtop. Im 99% sure its a translucent amber standard epi.

2nd you can see really clearly that it has the pickguard screws.
