Yes, you did an amazing piece of work. You dealt with reality issue's from a hustle mans point of view. I myself am currently building a food truck investing in the equiptment slowly. Here's a tip for other docs. Cab drivers the GPS issue or Child Support and the men effected. I once a cabby so theres something to be said, and CS i know good men in jail for this.Research u will see.
same situation that is happening to my parents ....but the only difference is that like four catering truck come (with permist) and some people with their cars selling tamales, chips soda ect, (without permits) ....

With the trucks, you get more market, more customers...but your food should be more expensive than a b&m unless it's a big city like LA, NYC.
