Haha yeah, you won't be able to try out for it. It's basically the Under Armor All Americans from Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts

You can definitely try out. The U-19 team competes every 4 years and this year, 2008, is a World Championship year. So it'll be another couple of years before they host tryouts again, but visit the US Lacrosse website and talk to your coach to see how you can get involved.
