Bad craftsmanship, bad trucks, bad service. My friend has a pintail from original and it's already falling apart(wood splitting, terrible creaking, etc.)

If you want an original, you clearly know nothing! Do some reading on silverfish, more reading.. and then when you are done with that, do more reading. they are shit boards (IMO). I also wanted an original board when i discovered longboarding, two years later and im glad i didnt buy one. waste of money

@JgTedeski depends on what you mean for all around, there are much more versatile boards out there but if you have narrowed it down to the 40 or 43 i would go with the 40

@JgTedeski I would definitely go for the 43. Being a bit larger it gives you more control but still quite a bit of maneuverability.

How is this for bombing large hills? Like I mean ones where you get going 30+ mph on. I'm looking into this board but I heard it gets wobbly at high speeds.

@Hellfyre209 Not good for hills b/c of the trucks, randal trucks are much more stable. This board is more for mellow cruising and mild carving imo.

@BZhubb808 Its good for carving and cruising around, some even slide on it. Not recommended for downhill or any real speed. Its a responsive ride and lots of fun!

@BZhubb808 some will disagree but for me I love my kracked skulls scimitar. If you are new to longboarding and not quite sure what style you want to get into or just want a versatile board its a great one. Also very reasonably priced.

In Heats are not a great choice for this board, got some wheel bite on hard carves. Thinking maybe zig zags or stims would be better. Let me know if you have any ideas.
