Behemoths are easy. Just shoot them with Dart Gun and then keep distance to it and shoot. :/

i killed a behemoth with the gun that can shoot books and plates and all sorts of shit out of it, but took a while :)

thanks, my xbox got error 3 74, after i downloaded the new xbox experiance so i didnt get to go too far into fallout 3, the highest level i got to was 9, so yeah :(

Surprisingly, this was the first Behemoth I killed.

It really helps to have a high science level, I just hacked into the turrets and they did most of the work for me.

Oh, and the talon merc with the fatman sped things up, despite only getting one shot at the guy before he got crushed.

Nope. It takes 8 mini nukes to just shoot the MIRV once.

It's the most damaging weapon in the game bar none, but you better have a good supply of mini nukes ready. Personally I think it's more of a "fun" weapon than something efficient, since one mini nuke is usually good enough to take out anything but it's still pretty cool.

dude the drops i got from the behemoth were way better plus i killed them all which isnt hard all even on hard mode

Theres 5 behemoths in the game, the first of which is like Ultrastrike says, at GNR station

where you find a fat man to kill a behemoth,

but the fat man isnt the best weapon,

the first one you should fight involves doing the main story quest where you go to GNR radio station to find out where your father went, you use the metro tunnels to get to an area there brotherhood guy are and you follow them to the radio station's plaza, where the behemoth comes out from where two buses where, when i first did it, i died, the second try, i fired a missile at it, then it tells me to get the fat man, and i get him as he is running to the left, barly got him.
