Just use a little iso in that grinder and let it evaporate an you'll be left with a much more potent and tasty residue :)

2 things, 1. if u put my 5 piece grinder in will it be ok? (one with the kief screen)

and 2. if its just the top where you spin it, if u put a small dab of olive oil on it, it will spin like no tomorrow :) (A SMALL DAB)

Ohh girl. You live in Colorado, we have some of the best new Cannabis toys of any place in the country. I have a bunch of my old gear still as well, but i also have a bunch of the new stuff. Has any of the extract mania reached your part of the state yet?

@nemopunk15 You have a very valid point! IDK, I am a creature of habit and am very content with my joints. Around the beginning of last year I was getting a hold of some pretty good ear wax, honey oil, and various other concentrations. That stuff is great for the rougher days, but I have to use it sparingly in order to function because wrecked is an accurate statement :-)

@dontchokeonthesmoke Yes it is a long time, but maybe that's an indication of how well-build it is :-) It started getting really bad about a year ago, but I couldn't get the stuff out. I stopped using it recently and decided to take it seriously, lol.

Countless grinders on the market, mine is over 3 years old, and has never needed to be baked. Sharpstone 4 piece is the one i use, but any good headshop will have a few nice options.

@nemopunk15 I should probably clarify that this grinder has been in my collection since circa 2005 and has never really been cleaned. I like it and that's why I still have it. It's actually a solid piece although it's not fancy, kind of like me :-)

To clean AND collect that 'grinder gunk', its best to first put your grinder in the freezer for maybe a couple of hours, not very long is needed, this will make all of the trichomes and bits cold and brittle so they will fall out easily. But then you just want to do a qwiso run, to make hash with isopropyl alochol, but the higher %, like 90+ percent is best for this purpose, as it will evaporate quicker. Do not let it soak in iso for more then 30secs!

giirl you need a better grinder, because the high quality grinders have a tefon O ring around the edge, to that the teeth dont scrape together and create dangerous metal shavings.

Take a look at Space Case, Mendo Mulcher, and Cosmic grinders.
