Lol at the comments here. No you should not flag this as inappropriate. This is a medical procedure, educational video if you will. The patient is asleep. Eyes move even when you're sleeping. It does not hurt because of this. This is an operation to fix the refractive errors of the eye. Pretty common and helpful operation.
