Hi Dixon. I never wrote a msg here before but i thought i should to thank you for your vids. i play some prog metal but have been interested in learning new things, new sounds and feelings in music. Nice - looking forward to the applications of this scale. I have been practicing playing this all over the neck. I quite like the dorian mode of this scale - in Bb, a G dorian with an Ab - it fits nicely into the good old familiar G minor penatonic framework. Amazing what one note can do. Normal dorian sounds a bit dull compared to the b2 one..
