  • 12 1/2 lbs??? whats the starting weight you suggest to use (thats not mentioned in this vid!)

  • @bellaricana do 6-12 repetitions with the maximum weight that you can do in 3 or 4 sets. If you can do 10 lb dumbells in each arm, 6-12 times, 3 sets, but still feel like at the end of the 3rd set you can keep going higher, increase the weight.

  • @TheSexybrown221 no it won't bulk you up if u lift weights for women its very very very hard to get buff this will just get your skin tighter and get your upper body more toned.

  • Very nice! I'll try that for sure... I have a question though. Do you guys encourage diet and exercise at the same time or prefer dieting to lose some weight first and then start exercising?? I used to be overweight. I've lost about 18 pounds with diet only, but I'm not sure if that was healthy since I didn't incorporate any type of exercise with it. I'd like to know what you think.
