yo seekntruth, you have an idea of what heavy metal is?? Ir0nMaiDEnn was right, Stryper IS a heavy metal band, all the bands you've posted were mostly trash metal and a couple of death metal, there goes the lesson for you!

Antidoto. thanks for commenting. "Metal" certainly is a wide term to use for music. There are many "styles" of metal as you mentioned(death, thrash etc etc). I didnt take time to break it down into specific genres. Just a basic description of what the video was. Its "Metal" as opposed to "Country" or "Rap" or "Alternative" and so on....

Hey GrowlanserDragoon, I saw them a few years ago myself with Demon Hunter as well. Only about 20 people at the show but they still rocked the house as if it were a full house. BTA is a great band!

Enough with the Stryper,already.There are some great christian metal bands out there.Metal mags discriminate,cause its christian.Living Sacrifice and Tourniquet should have been well known.What a shame....

Groups like TFK, Pillar, Skillit, these are really popular groups and they are Christian. i know how some people think Christian music is all hyms and choir music but it isnt.
