Chozen supposedly trains American Military Police. All we know about Mike Barnes is that he is "Karate's Bad Boy". Daniel Beats Chozen in a "Death" Match style fight. On the street Barnes owns Daniel who only defeats him in a points-based Tournament. Tho Daniel's true victory in KKIII was the defeat of his own fear. Gotta love the 80's.
