From what I read about George Harrison he seems to spend a lot of time just playing his guitar in a garden. He wrote "Here Comes the Sun" in Eric Clapton's garden and now here he's just randomly sitting there playing "All Things Must Pass." That's the life.

@kyeman1972 George was not dieing while he had cancer he had lung cancer the next year after he made a new version of my sweet lord. wish smoking was never invented.

George's voice changed over time. Personally, I think he polished it near the end (specifically on his last album, Brainwashed).

And like kyleman said, he was dying when he recorded that. I still think it sounds beautiful, and I adore him.
