Blood elfs and high elves look the same, and if its a death-knight character frame thingy they are using, the blue eyes are normal. And it never actually said wether they were blood/high elves in the video, so assuming is kindof....meh. >:3

Her eye color and hair color are very obviously symbols of High Elves. For example, Vereesa Windrunner standing next to Rhonin in Dalaran looks nearly identical to the character used in this video, and she is a High Elf.
