You're abusing yourself. Music might be a universal language, but like all languages, it has its grammar, its syntax, its maths and its symphony. Lavigne's are not all good music, but SHE DOES feel and understand it, before she came to performing it. She doesn't need to fabricate it, it comes naturally, she speaks it and she breathes it, very naturally. Her noisy performances don't break natural harmony. The whole difference with here, where starting with good sounds ends up only in cacophony.
Well, I am not convinced that music is a universal language since different people communicate through different styles of music. The beauty is in the ear of the beholder in this case and remarks on harmony or the lack thereof are purely personal, since the "grammar, syntax and maths" in music allow for a large scope of styles which for many is too wide to grasp.
Wow, I just read Pompougnac works at Les Bains Douches in Paris "mixing music". And I understand all the dyslexy I listened to, here. It's, I might say so, some sort of Frankeinstein music. Thus I'm wrong in looking for grammar and syntax. But my wording happened to be all vey just, exept that the cacophony experienced here is only musical dyslexy.
May I invite him to try listening to this Toccata:

I've listened to the "music" until it ended.
I don't know these "musicians" - neither Clementine nor S. Pompougnac. But all I can say is this:
When you do music like that, it'd be better not to play music at all. So sadly, the "music" had become only bad noise all along.

I guess when one listens to Avril Lavigne then one knows all about "music" :D
