  • Amazing. I can't believe I never got into UOA back in the 90s. There was simply too much great music going on at the time and no internet as we know it today, just zines and your local and regional scenes really, which was cool, but it was easy to miss out on some great music.

  • so damn good! their sound was so unique at the time and really came outta nowhere. never saw em live but thanks for posting it here.

uoa and mohinder rocked my world in those years.

  • you all say theres no screamo left and this song is aggresive....go listen to new screamo and you will think this sound like pussy stuff...anyways i still thank this band for starting the genre

  • simply great

  • So amazing. Truly fucking amazing.

  • amazing

  • one of the bands that changed my life (swing kids another to mention). the beginning of this song holds such a power i've never heard before. the bombastic drums. the rash guitar strums. thrusting bass. everything aw inspiring about this band.

  • Just listened to Visible Distance and Painfully Obvious on my ipod... goosebumps goosebumps goosebumbs. One of my all time favourite bands.(if not THE best band). Don't think anyone will ever create better music...

  • brooks headley is a fucking blistering drummer. guy beats the shit out of his drums.

  • i was lucky enough to be around them (lived in dc in early 90s) my old band even opened for born against at vermin scum house when tonie was playing bass. WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO MUSIC LIKE THIS?

  • there aren't enough aggressive bands that are trying to be good anymore. unfortunately the local scene popularity has declined tremendously. i'd love to play in a band like this. awesome shit. too bad no one'd come to the shows nowadays. lame.

  • @bulldogbat

obviously there's still here, maybe not in the usa

the rest of the world still have bands like this one (maybe because they discovered music like this not more than 7 years ago)

  • whoa....amazing....i am in awe

  • This band, Antioch Arrow, and The Jesus Lizard were just in a different world back then. Three bands so far ahead of their times, it's scary.

well, maybe, MAYBE you can throw VSS and Clikatat Ikatowi in that mix too.. MAYBE.

  • thank you all so much for enjoying this music. I am humbled and amazed that there are still folks out there listening.

    all the best,

    colin seven

  • Everybody makes such a deal out of Tony Joy, but sheesh... is anybody paying attention to that drummer?

  • they played with Crudos at this show. That's even martin in the front of the audience.. amazin'...
