Thanks for sharing. Your bread would have browned better had you placed it directly on the dark shelf in the oven. You do not get the maximum benefit of your oven when you cook on a reflective (shiny) surface such as aluminum foil. The manufacture recommends cooking on a dark, non shiny surface to absorb the rays of the sun rather than reflect them. Still you got a nice loaf of bread. I baked bread in my solar oven on a 13 degree day! It got to 350 degrees, which I think is phenomenal.
I tried your bread recipe, and man was this a great tasting bread! So simple, but so good.
Thanks for the recipe, as I will be making a lot of bread from now on.

another technique is to spray the loaf with water to facilitate browning. Great recipe.
