But if you keep yourself fit you'll be very suprised how small a difference it can be in VMAX etc. That small difference makes a proportionally larger difference in aerobic sports to anerobic ones. You should see some of the guys who are 60 + doing ironman. These guy's wipe the floor with me. My father is also 67 and can deadlift and bench more than me as has trained all his life. Hes very strong.

When Randy Orton first came out in the WWE he was maybe one of the best athletes I have seen in WWE. The same with Brock these guys show how talented they are with out lifting up 500lbs. For me its not all about how much you can lift, I like seeing athletes put on a show now if you add Shelton Benjamin in that tag team with them now thats something great
