I so want to be out but I am older and married. Have this whole box I have been living in forever. How do I come out and not hurt others? Go from being older, heavy bald guy at work to a freak in dress at work?

My guess is that you will someday be pleasantly surprised when the person you go out on a date likes you and see a great person and will not let others obscure that. Another fun program and glad you continue to do these
