BEYONCE PLEAAAAASE STOP TRYING TO BE LIKE TINA TURNER, kylie minogue, britney spears...U have a great voice and a great presence just be YOURSELF and stop copyign other artists!! GRR it gets on my freakin nerve when she copies someone else's style on her performances.
tina is big inspiration for her but the hell do kylie or britney have to do with this? if your talking about the robot in get me bodied or coming down on a wire on ring the alarm, those are definitely not brit and kylie originals. a people have done it before them and they will be done after the 3 of them are dead.
im glad u acknowledged the robot and the coming down on ring the alarm...and also taking off a trenchcoat exactly how britney did it...of course beyonce has some originality and i applaud her for it but when she copies is so freakin OBVIOUS...and lets talk about the banana skirt she wore in a performance copying josephine baker...its just too much.
again, all artist's copy something from somebody. you might as well bitch about people doing cover songs or using samples. the point is beyonce may get a little inspiration from some people but in this day and age, a lot has been thought of already and it's hard to be original. Beyonce is smart, knowing how to imitate someone and making it her own without doing it exactly like they did it. As a side note; Who gives a damn if she copies? That is all.
Apparently u give a damn if she copies because u cant stop responding to my posts...I am just telling you the truth...I never doubted her talent or her brains...I told u I liked her from the beginning but it just drives me insane that she takes a little too much inspiratiofrom artists when she should try to be original. covering songs and performing them are two completely different things. It is just my opinion that she copies more than she should. My opinion so please respect it.
Correction: The trenchcoat thing was actually inspired by Angelina Jolie from Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Beyonce has said so herself, she likes the movie and Angelina. it doesn't have anything to do with Britney.
As for the banana skirt, it was when she did a TRIBUTE to Josephine Baker. Of course she is expected to portray Ms. Baker! What's is the point really with a tribute if the artist has his/ger own style? She even had a picture of Baker, so she didn't STEAL anything.
I havent heard Beyonce say that...but if you wanna get technical Britney did the trench coat thing coming from the ceiling in the AMA's before the Angelina Jolie movie...not only that but the outfit she had undernesath the trench coat was similar to Britney's...so there u go.

@eccentricjr But when she actually performed it slow it wasn't like tina at all. She wrote originality all over that part.
