Why do people still believe that the Founding Fathers of the United States of America were devout Christians? They were above all secularists, proven very clearly by their writings. If high seated judges today finally realise all this, then that's a step in the right direction.

The pilgrims left England for religious freedom, and the founding fathers had all kinds of things tied to religion, talking about rights "endowed by their creator" and referring to religion countless other times, too I think that shows they were religious. They are starting this discussion on the wrong base. The correct basis is to ask the question: Is marijuana really that bad for your health? And isnt it a victimless crime? So prove why it should be prohibited
