Always try to practice. Not just by copying manga pages or pictures of naruto you find on google, but by understanding how things move or look in real life. And by having fun with what you draw if it inspires you.
@Isaia thats whats my problem , when i draw from somewhere it look "awesome" to me , but when i start drawing my own character then .... it looks realy bad ..

I kept thinking along to the music in English, stuff like, "I--saaiiiaaaaa....is drawing from the Watertribe...."
It was strangely fitting.

Just a regular pencil you get at walmart for a few bucks, and a blue colored pencil.
