  • Fine job!

  • @HawgNSonsTV2 Thanks for the comment!

  • Beautiful tractor and a great video.Nothing better than to see this great equipment working like it was meant to do. Thankyou.

  • @ToyzNWheelz Thanks for watching!

  • I like that old ford. I grew up with ford tractors, I just plowed for the first time last week. with our Ford 3930. Its tough to get used to. Keep up the good work.

  • @Farmallbarn Thanks for the comment!

  • didn't know if you knew it but that plow is not setup correctly at all. when your in the furrow the bar on the plow should be level .

  • @billstmaxx Thanks! I really don't know what I'm doing, but I'm learning.

  • @edzgarage if you back the left rear tire up onto a 6" block and let the plow down then level it you will be close to the proper setting. you may have to fine tune it a bit then you have to adjust the points with the top link screw it or our to adjust. also the wheel on the back if it's not seized to bad on there it needs to run in the furrow on the bottom once it's all set it will plow like a miracle

  • @billstmaxx Thanks a lot for the advice. I will be trying again in about a month when the turkey's in my last vid hatch.

  • i like the tractor

  • @TheRedneckdodgeboy Thanks! It's going to get a workout this year.

  • you need to level the plow out .... taking the back down five or six inches with your third arm on the 3-piont hitch .... it will give you a more level finish

  • next time make sure both plows are throwing the same amount of dirt over making it lt more level .... you adjust this with the center arm of the 3 piont hitch moving the back of the plow up and down....just letting ya no

  • @SuperDeerhunter007 Thanks for the comments and the tips... as you could see I need the help lol

  • mgtpa Yes, taking a disc over that area several times would probably have stirred up the soil plenty for seeding instead of plowing it. Plowing seemed to pull up and bring a lot of trash and roots to the surface. Sometimes minimun tillage is the answer in food plot prep. Good thing it's a flat area. On a slope you might have soil erosion before cover crop gets established.

  • @mgtpa3 Thanks for the comment! I don't have discs, so I used the plow. I will plow it under next season and plant something else. I'm no farmer that's been well established lol

  • What a great tractor, the deer will appreciate your work! Good music too! Was this plowed in Spring?

  • @pdutube Thanks for the comment! The deer do appreciate the clover and yes, this was done two Spring's ago.

  • do you ever plow with the 8n also do you plow snow with the 8n

  • @htygavinwow Yes, the 8N needs hydraulic work. That's why it hasn't been seen much in my vids. That will change next season after I fix it. Thanks for the comment!

  • @edzgarage ya we have a ford ferguson at the farm but we like IH and ford the same thing happen to our ford the hydraulics wouldent work right. May be a common ting in the N Series

  • @htygavinwow If it's like mine, the common thing is age. It's fixable though.

  • @edzgarage ya i agree age. they where great tractors after the hydraulics broke all we used it for was pulling the hay wagon.

  • @organic9581 What? lol if this song is anywhere but here, it is illegal. I hold the copyrights since I wrote and composed it.

  • Nice job dude Love that tractor nice yard work

  • @VE9REJ Thanks Reg!

  • love the tractor and the song :)

  • @KrankieV2 Thanks Tom!

  • wow that tractor really can plow and it looks like nothing can stop it,loved the song by the way :)

  • @Needmorehorsepower Thanks Scott. The tractor is a beast! I'm glad to see you made it back okay.

  • @farmboy00007 Thanks! I will have to check it out.

  • did u set yuor plow right

  • IDK It was a bit low, but it had to be since there were so many roots.

  • i have a 53 jubilee and son she will out pull any new piece of shit made!!!!!!

  • Mine loves to pull, that's for sure!

  • mine likes to foul plugs

  • Bad rings or rich carburetor?

  • I have one too and I guarantee it will !

  • what do you grow in there!

  • I have yellow clover in there. It's a bi-annual, so next year it will be really good.

  • the old ford was plowing great ,

and nice work on the original music .

    5 stars from 500 :)

  • Thanks! I appreciate it.

  • Did you see the Deer come out on his left side @3:24 must have been hungry

  • Good eye! That is actually my son on his dirt bike.

  • I'll say both. Everytime it's run for more than 10 minutes it needs to be tuned constantly. It has also never had a rebuild and the clutch is starting to slip. It's annoying I want another MF diesel.

  • the rear moldboard isn't turning the sod over. Its just cutting it and it falls right back where it started.

  • Why?

  • @edzgarage Awesome videos. I recently bought 40 acres and in the garage was a '53 Jubilee. It's in great condition. I love the tractor. I also have a 2 plow and a disc and looking forward to doing exactly what you did. Thanks again for sharing your passion.

  • @cpranger59 Thanks for the comment! I do love the old Jubilee. It's fun to get out in the field and work with her. I hope you post some vids of your tractor in action.

  • need to adjust the angle of the plow.
